Having decided on the best way to market your home, including setting up the initial asking price, we would simply agree a fixed fee amount that won't change no matter what the property sells for. Percentage-wise, this could work in your favour!
In order that we can compete with 'OnlineOnly' agents such as Purple Bricks, we also offer a service for only £495 upfront. For this we can prepare your property details 'For Sale' and get you listed on The major property internet portals as well as our own website. We will also supply a For Sale notice and will set up the paperwork for all parties once a sale is agreed, and whilst you are responsible for your own sales chasing, we aim to offer advice along the way.
